ASTM D2272 dual holes metal bath auto rotaing bomb analyzer for gear oil RT ~ 200.0°C
SH0193C automatic rotating oxygen bomb tester is designed and manufactured according to the national standard ASTM D2272-2009 "Lubricating oil oxidation stability determination method" metal bath standard. Suitable for assessing the oxidation stability of new and in-service turbine oils with the same composition (base oils and additives). It can also be used to evaluate new mineral insulating oils containing 2, 6- ditert-butylp-cresol, as a quick method to evaluate their oxidation stability. The test results are used to test the new mineral insulating oil containing 2, 6- dit-butyl p-cresol or 2, 6- dit-butyl phenol or both, and the performance of each batch of oil can be continuously controlled.
The performance characteristics
● Used for new oil, in-service oil, steam turbine oil, lubricating oil, insulating oil, and automotive gasoline engine oil, among others.
● The metal measuring tank reduces the unpleasant odor emitted by the medium oil during experiments and eliminates potential hazards that may arise from prolonged testing periods.
● It can automatically perform pressure testing, data recording, oxidation time calculation, and terminate the test.
● Metal bath heating without the need for liquid medium.
● Ventilation is straightforward; no need to place it in a fume hood, as exhaust gases and odors can be easily discharged through plastic pipes.
● Up to 2 sets of experiments can be controlled simultaneously
● Sample temperature sensor assembly: Measures the temperature of the sample during testing
● Instrument display: 7-inch color touch screen, aesthetically pleasing interface, simple operation
● High level of automation: automatic constant temperature, automatic oxygen charging, automatic leak detection, automatic recording of test data with real-time curve display, automatic determination of test turning points, and automatic heating shutdown upon test completion.
