SH0059BS LCD Color Screen Lubricating Oil Evaporation Loss Meter is an ASTM D5800 developed and produced by our company in accordance with the B method requirements of the Chinese petrochemical industry standard SH/T 0059-2010 "Determination of Lubricating Oil Evaporation Loss (Noak Method)". This instrument is suitable for heating lubricating oil and lubricating base oil under certain conditions for 1 hour, and the evaporated oil is carried out by air. Measure the evaporation loss of the sample based on the difference in sample mass before and after heating.

Evaporation loss

The mass loss of volatile oil vapor generated by heating the lubricating oil sample in the crucible under constant airflow extraction when using the Noak method for testing.

Method Summary

Place a sample of a certain quality in an evaporation crucible, and measure the mass loss of the sample after 60 minutes under constant airflow at 250℃.
