SH14112 Biodiesel Automatic Oxidation Stability Tester

The SH14112 biodiesel automatic oxidation stability analyzer can determine the oxidation stability of biodiesel (fatty acid methyl ester, or FAME for short) and biodiesel blended fuels.

On the biodiesel oxidation stability tester, the induction time or oxidation stability index (OSI) is determined by increasing the temperature and continuously blowing air to accelerate the aging of the sample, in order to determine the fastest time for oxidation rate to occur.

Technical Specifications

● Storage method: The experimental results can store 199 sets of historical data for easy retrieval;

● Result output: It can also be equipped with a USB drive output function to output data to the PC for long-term storage

● Output format: The output format of the result USB drive is CSV or Excel

● It can be used for single machine touch screen experiments or computer-controlled instruments for experiments.

● Heating module: can be heated in a single group or multiple groups; The heating temperature can be set separately for each heating hole

Heating module

● Protection function: It has over temperature protection function and can automatically stop when the temperature exceeds 260 ℃.

● Temperature control method: Four sets of temperatures can be individually controlled, and the four sets of temperatures can be set to the same temperature or different temperatures.

Gas flow control module

● The instrument is equipped with a built-in diaphragm air pump

● Specialized electronic air flow pump

Conductivity measurement system

● Real time measurement data of conductivity meter, automatic recording and storage of data by large screen LCD industrial computer, multi-channel data input and processing, real-time display of conductivity during oil oxidation process and induction period

Software computing module

● Equipped with a powerful database data management system: capable of automatically calculating oxidation stability time based on results.

● Automatically calculate the maximum second derivative of the curve to determine the induction time

● Automatically deduce the induction time of the sample at room temperature of 20 or 25 degrees Celsius
