SH6532A Crude oil salt content tester dual hole

Salt content in crude oil: suitable for measuring crude oil with salt content (mass fraction) ranging from 0.0005% to 0.15%, as well as heavy petroleum products such as residual oil and fuel oil. It can also be used to determine the contamination of used turbine oil and marine fuel oil by seawater. When the required precision does not exceed the range specified in this method, it can also be used for other products.

The SH6532A crude oil salt content tester (dual well) is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the Chinese standard GB/T6532 "Determination of salt content in crude oil - Potentiometric titration method"

Instrument structure

● Extractor: consisting of a flask and a heating unit, with a flask volume of 500ml; The heating part consists of an electric heating wire wound around the lower end.

● Column shaped drip funnel: used to add hot toluene, anhydrous ethanol, C₃H₆O, and other reagents for quantitative liquid separation.

● Condenser: It condenses the distilled gas.

● Water volume regulating valve: The water inlet of the water volume regulating valve is connected to tap water, the water outlet is connected to the water inlet of the condenser, and the water outlet of the condenser is connected to the sewer. Adjust the water inflow of the condenser through this valve.

● Thermostatic electric furnace: used to heat the test solution that needs to be heated.

● Glass container: with a capacity of 1000ml, it is used to heat the test solution that needs to be heated.

● Triangular flask: A ground triangular flask used to receive the solution discharged from the flask.

● Triangular bottle stopper: The stopper of a triangular bottle.

● 2-core aluminum plug: working power plug for extractor heating wire.

● Separating funnel piston: the control piston for the extractor to discharge the solution.

● Electrical control box: the electrical part of the control instrument

Note: The voltage adjustment knob 1 (voltage adjustment knob 2) must be adjusted slowly to make the voltage rise slowly. Sudden increase in voltage is not allowed to prevent damage to the device.
