SH6532 Crude oil salt content analyzer extractor

The crude oil salt content analyzer extractor is suitable for measuring crude oil with salt content (mass fraction) ranging from 0.0005% to 0.15%, as well as heavy petroleum products such as residual oil and fuel oil. It can also be used to determine the contamination of used turbine oil and marine fuel oil by seawater. When the required precision does not exceed the range specified in this method, it can also be used for other products.

The SH6532 crude oil salt content analyzer extractor is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the Chinese standard GB/T6532 "Determination of salt content in crude oil - Potentiometric titration method".

Main structure of the instrument

● Extractor: consisting of a flask and a heating part, with a flask volume of 500ml; The heating part is composed of electric heating wires wound around the lower end.

● Column shaped drip funnel: used to add reagents such as hot toluene, anhydrous ethanol, C₃H₆O, and perform quantitative separation.

● Condenser: It has a condensing effect on the distilled gas.

● Temperature adjustment knob: used to heat the test solution that needs to be heated.

● Separatory funnel piston: the control piston of the extractor to discharge the solution.

● Triangular flask: A ground triangular flask used to receive the solution discharged from the flask.

● Aviation plug: Extractor heating wire working power plug
