SH810 Fully automatic petroleum product colorimeter

The SH810 fully automatic petroleum product colorimeter is a specialized instrument designed for liquid color measurement with unique microcomputer control technology. It is exquisite, portable, novel, and unique in design, suitable for laboratory and on-site use. Equipped with factory calibration and user defined calibration functions, the sample cell design is unique and easy to measure and maintain.

Platinum cobalt colorimeter adopts D/0 measurement structure, integrates full band light source, single grating optical path Photosystem, ETC real-time calibration and other technologies, so that the resolution of the instrument can reach 0.0001, the standard deviation of transmittance is within 0.08%, and the chromaticity value is: Δ E * ab 0.015.

The result of platinum cobalt chroma is expressed in Hazen. Each liter of solution contains 1 milligram of platinum. The color of Chloroplatinic acid and 2 milligrams of Cobalt(II) chloride hexahydrate solution is 1 unit of platinum cobalt chroma. The general range of values is between 1 and 500. Suitable for measuring the color of liquid chemical products that are transparent or slightly close to the reference platinum cobalt color number. This color characteristic is usually brownish yellow.

Gardner color code: Cobalt(II) chloride solution, ferric chloride solution and Potassium hexachloroplatinate solution are mixed in different proportions as standard chroma, and the general value is between 1-18. Suitable for darker yellow or brownish colors than platinum cobalt. (ASTM D1544)

The color of jet fuel shall be determined according to the method specified in GB/T 3555-1992 "Petroleum Products - Determination of Saybot Color (Saybot Colorimeter Method)", with color numbers ranging from+30 to -16 (+30 color light, -16 color dark).

The color code of the fully automatic petroleum product colorimeter fully complies with the ISO standard color code in GB/T6540. After ISO standard color code calibration, the instrument automatically determines the color code of the sample through optics and automatically determines the result.
