SH607 Crankshaft simulation tester
Internal combustion engine oil coking tendency tester
SH607 crankshaft simulation tester is designed and manufactured according to the petrochemical industry standard SH/T0300 "crankcase simulation test method".
It is suitable for evaluating the thermal oxidation stability of additives and internal combustion engine oil containing additives. It is a simulation test method for selecting the compound formulations of detergents, anti-oxygen anti-corrosion agents and oils in scientific research work.
The instrument is composed of two parts, the control box and the main machine, with upper and lower structure.Control box part with two digital display temperature control meter, two digital display time meter.
The digital display temperature control meter controls the temperature of the oil tank and the test board respectively. It has the characteristics of intuitive display, convenient operation and high temperature control precision.
Time meter can realize the total working hours and automatic control of motor turn, stop.
The host part is made of stainless steel, with simple shape, beautiful appearance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics
