SH409B Organic chlorine analyzer for crude oil (Coulombic method)

The SH409B crude oil organic chlorine analyzer applies microcoulometry analysis technology, uses oxidation method to oxidize the sample into titratable ions through a cracking furnace, titrates in a titration cell, and calculates the chlorine content

in the sample based on the electricity consumption during the electrolytic titration process and Faraday's law. Widely used for detecting chlorine content in crude oil and liquids.

Meet the requirements specified in the GB/T18612-2011 "Determination of Organic Chlorine Content in Crude Oil" standard of the People's Republic of China. This instrument is the latest product that uses microcoulometric analysis technology and computer-controlled microcoulometric titration. It is suitable for the analysis of trace chlorine in petrochemical products and can be widely used in departments such as petroleum, chemical, and scientific research.

According to standard test methods, crude oil first needs to be distilled to obtain a distillate oil sample (distillation instrument users need to provide or purchase from our company), and then directly measure the results on this instrument.

Performance characteristics

● The instrument adopts air cooling for heat dissipation, the fan automatically switches on and off, and no one needs to be on duty to shut down and cool down!

● The instrument adopts an independent temperature control system. Using Yudian's fully automatic temperature controller, the failure rate is close to zero.

● Windows operating platform, direct human-machine dialogue.

● The computer controls the entire analysis, data processing, and other processes, displaying the working status and data peaks of the entire process. Parameters, data, and peaks can be saved or printed as needed.

● The instrument adopts internationally popular circuits and imported components, reducing instrument noise and improving detection sensitivity.

● Using oxidation method and Faraday's law, the content of chlorine is automatically tested to achieve rapid analysis of chlorine in petrochemical products.

● There are few test samples, only 10 are needed each time μ l. The testing time is fast, and the machine testing time for each sample is about 2 minutes.
