SH409 Petroleum product sulfur and chlorine analyzer (Coulombic method)

The SH409 petroleum product sulfur and chlorine analyzer applies microcoulometry analysis technology, uses oxidation method to oxidize the sample into titratable ions through a cracking furnace, titrates in a titration cell, and calculates the sulfur or chlorine content in the sample based on the electricity consumption during the electrolytic titration process and Faraday's law. Widely used for detecting sulfur and chlorine content in liquid, solid, or gas samples. The microcomputer sulfur and chlorine analyzer meets the standards of SH/T 0253, GB/T 11061, SH/T 0222, SH/T 0254, and GB/T6324.4.

Performance characteristics

● The instrument adopts air cooling for heat dissipation, the fan automatically switches on and off, and no one needs to be on duty to shut down and cool down!

● The instrument adopts an independent temperature control system. Using Yudian's fully automatic temperature controller, the failure rate is close to zero.

● Windows operating platform, direct human-machine dialogue.

● The computer controls the entire analysis, data processing, and other processes, displaying the working status and data peaks of the entire process. Parameters, data, and peaks can be saved or printed as needed.

● The instrument adopts internationally popular circuits and imported components, reducing instrument noise and improving detection sensitivity.

Users need to provide equipment:

● One bottle of regular oxygen and one bottle of regular nitrogen (including pressure reducing valve)

● Experimental bench (not less than 50cm * 200cm)

● 20A socket (not less than 3KW)

● 2L pure water, 500mL glacial acetic acid (GR)

● Sulfur is equipped with a sulfur electrolysis cell and a sulfur quartz tube

● Chlorine is configured with a chlorine electrolysis cell and a chloroquartz tube
