SH302B Automatic oil pollution particle counter

The SH302B fully automatic oil pollution particle counter is used to detect the size and quantity of solid particles in liquids, and can be widely used in fields such as aerospace, power, petroleum, chemical, transportation, ports, metallurgy, machinery, and automobile manufacturing. It performs solid particle pollution detection on hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, shale oil, transformer oil (insulation oil), turbine oil (turbine oil), gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene, water-based hydraulic oil, and detects insoluble particles in organic liquids and polymer solutions.

The fully automatic oil pollution particle counter adopts the "light resistance method" to measure particles, and adopts the classic methods of NAS1638 and ISO4406 in the oil industry. It can also built-in multiple standards according to user requirements. Precision syringe sampling system, achieving constant sampling speed and precise control of sampling volume. Positive/negative pressure sampling chamber device, achieving sample degassing and high viscosity sample detection. ● The counting principle of light resistance (shading) method formulated by International Hydraulic Standards Committee is adopted.
