SH269 Lubricating grease shear testing machine

SH269 Grease Worker according to GB/T269-2023 "Grease and petroleum grease cone penetration determination" test standard requirements in the specified test conditions, after the change of mechanical shear work to judge the mechanical stability of grease, to extend the work cone penetration or shear stability, the unit is 0.1mm.

Performance characteristics

● The use of motor drive reducer to achieve 60 times/min shear rate

● Extended coning test and optional shear stability test

● The display can display the cutting times by itself

● Counter can count by itself

● The whole instrument structure is compact and complete

● A special cooling fan is installed behind the motor to ensure the continuous operation of the whole instrument

Technical parameters

● Worm gear reducer: double outlet gear reducer with transmission ratio of 25:1 is adopted. A pair of eccentric mechanisms are installed on the cochlear shaft on both sides of the reducer.
