SH0175B Automatic distillate fuel oil oxidation stability instrument

SH0175B automatic distillate fuel oil oxidation stability meter is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the People's Republic of China industry standard SH/T 0175 "Distillate fuel oil oxidation stability determination method (acceleration method)" and ASTM D2274.It is suitable for the determination of intrinsic stability of intermediate distillate fuel oil by accelerated oxidation method according to the method specified in SH/T 0175 standard.

This instrument is the oil production, production, use units, the relevant universities, scientific research departments and so on test distillate fuel oil oxidation stability performance of an automatic instrument.

Performance characteristics

● The instrument is suitable for measuring the oxidation stability of distillate fuel oil (diesel).

● The instrument uses a microcontroller to control temperature, automatically control temperature, time, alarm, and display the temperature of the sample in real time.

● 7-inch color LCD touch screen with full Chinese operation interface, real-time display of various parameters.

● The oxygen flow rate is controlled and adjustable separately, and the low-temperature circulating water system of the imported compressor automatically completes the oxidation and cooling processes in one go.

● Equipped with a light shielding device to ensure the protection of the sample from light during the oxidation process.

● The heating bath is made of metal bath material, without the need for bath solution, making the testing process more convenient and environmentally friendly.

● Equipped with a dark box and filtering device.

● High precision needle valve ensures the accuracy of intake flow rate
