SH122 Oil emulsification tester

The SH122 petroleum demulsification tester is used to measure the ability of petroleum synthetic liquids to separate from water. In accordance with GBT 7605-2008, the method for determining the degree of demulsification of steam turbine oil during operation and GB-T 7305-2003, the method for determining the water separation of petroleum and synthetic liquids. The constant temperature bath adopts a small cylinder body, which is easy to operate, accurate in measurement, and aesthetically designed. It is a new type of instrument introduced in China.

Demulsification of petroleum: under the specified test conditions, the same volume of test oil and distilled water is stirred to form emulsion, and the time required for its separation (that is, when the volume of emulsion at the oil water separation interface is equal to or less than 3mL) is measured. Only read the separation time (min) and do not need to be calculated.
