The SH119C petroleum wax burning residue tester is designed and manufactured based on the standard NB/SH/T 0653-2021 "Determination of Content and Carbon Number Distribution of Normal and Non normal Alkanes in Petroleum Wax (Gas Chromatography Method)". This standard is applicable to the determination of new impurities - inorganic content in petroleum wax and petroleum grease, as well as the determination of inorganic content in organic compounds as components or impurities in volatile inorganic compounds.

Performance features:

● The shell is made of steel plates welded by folding, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed. The heating element is high-quality silicon carbon rod, and the insulation material is high-quality aluminum silicate fiber.

● The furnace is made of alumina ceramic fiber, which has the characteristics of fast heating speed (about 30 minutes to reach 1000 ℃) and good insulation effect (when reaching 1000 ℃, it is not hot to touch the shell by hand).

● The control part adopts microcomputer PID control function, and can also configure intelligent program instruments according to user needs. It can set 50 temperature rise and insulation curves, has over temperature alarm timing function, and has strong learning function.
