SH106BR Fully automatic open flash andignition point tester

The SH106BR Automatic Open Flash Point and Andignition Point Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the People's Republic of China standard GB/T 3536, ASTM D92 "Petroleum Products - Determination of Flash Point and Flash Point (Cleveland Open Cup Method)" and GB/T267-1988, ASTM D92 Petroleum Products - Determination of Flash Point and Flash Point (Open Cup Method).

Open flash point testers are mostly used for lubricating oils and heavy petroleum products, because when measured with this product, the vapor formed by heating petroleum products continuously diffuses into the surrounding air, resulting in a higher measured flash point. For most lubricating oils and heavy oils, especially when used in unsealed parts or at low temperatures, even a small amount of light admixtures will evaporate during use, without posing a risk of ignition or explosion. Therefore, these products are measured using an open flash point tester.

Main technical features

● Adopts a large color LCD screen display, a full Chinese human-computer dialogue interface, and an unmarked keyboard. It has a prompt menu and guided input function for parameters such as predictable temperature, sample label, atmospheric pressure, and test date.

● Simulate and track the function curve between temperature rise and test time, with Chinese misoperation software prompt modification function, and parameter prompt functions such as test date and time.

● Automatically correct the effect of atmospheric pressure on the test and calculate the correction value.

● Differential detection, automatic correction of system deviation.

● Scanning, detecting, and printing data are automatically completed, and the test arm automatically rises and falls.

● Electronic ignition, forced air cooling

● Automatic ignition without the need for a gas source improves the safety of the test
