SH106B Automatic open flash point tester

The SH106B fully automatic open flash point tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the Chinese standards GB/T 3536 and GB/T 267 "Determination of Flash Point and Fire Point of Petroleum Products (Cleveland Open Cup Method)". It also supports the determination of flash point of plasticizers in accordance with GB/T1671-2008 ASTMD92 and the "Safety Testing and Inspection Specification for Coal Mine Products - Air Compressors" MT/T1203-2023. ISO 2592

The open flash point is mainly used to measure gasoline engine lubricating oil, diesel engine lubricating oil, compressor oil, and refrigerationOil, turbine oil, Gear oil, machine oil, etc

The principle of open flash point measurement is to load the sample into the test cup to the specified mark. Firstly, increase the temperature of the sample, then slowly raise the temperature, and as it approaches the flash point, increase the temperature at a constant rate. At the specified temperature interval, a small test flame is passed horizontally through the test cup, and the lowest temperature at which the vapor on the liquid surface is ignited by the test flame is used as the measurement result of the open flash point.
