SRH Lubricating Oil Wear Resistance Tester
The SRH lubricant anti-wear testing machine is specially customized for lubricant and additive companies. It is designed based on the testing principle of the American ring block testing machine (Timken testing machine) and simplifies the main functions, striving for simple operation, reliable performance, and quick and intuitive reflection of the lubricant's anti-wear and friction reducing performance. This lubricating oil anti-wear testing machine adopts an integrated design to effectively reduce vibration and noise during operation. Its main working components consist of a friction ring that rotates with the spindle and a fixed friction column pressed on the friction ring. During testing, sliding friction occurs between the friction ring and the friction column under different pressure conditions.
The SRH lubricant anti-wear testing machine is a testing device that uses a force system consisting of weights and levers to apply pressure to the friction pair, generating extremely high pressure at the contact point. During the rotation of the friction ring, it accelerates the wear of the friction column (experimental steel ball) to observe and evaluate the bearing capacity of the lubricant. Under these specific lubrication conditions, a 1-minute simulation test is equivalent to the wear and tear of a typical mechanical component operating normally for one year. Lubricating oil has minimal wear under the same load, and the spindle speed does not decrease or decreases very little. Because the lubricating oil anti-wear testing machine can quickly and concisely reflect the anti-wear and friction reducing performance of lubricating oil, it is often used in the production, research and development, and promotion of lubricating oil or anti-wear agents with good anti-wear performance.
Before using this lubricating oil anti-wear testing machine, it should be noted that the domestic mains voltage is AC 220V, with a tolerance of ± 5%. The electrical system should be properly grounded, and operators should have knowledge of mechanical and electrical safety.

For example, if the motor locks up after adding 8 weights and observing the wear marks, the final calculation can be as follows:
