SH6532 Crude oil salt content analyzer extractor

The crude oil salt content analyzer extractor is suitable for measuring the salt content (mass fraction) range of crude oil from 0.0005% to 0.15% and heavy petroleum products such as residual oil and fuel oil. It is also applicable for determining the situation where used turbine oil and marine fuel oil are contaminated by seawater. When the required precision is not greater than the range specified in this method, it can also be used for other products.

The SH6532 crude oil salt content analyzer extractor is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the Chinese standard GB/T6532 "Determination of Salt Content in Crude Oil and Its Products".

Main Structure of the Instrument
  • Extraction unit: Consisting of a flask and a heating part, with a flask volume of 500ml; the heating part is composed of an electric heating wire wrapped around the lower end.
  • Column shaped dropper funnel: Used to add hot toluene, anhydrous ethanol, CH3C0CH3 and other reagents for quantitative separation.
  • Condenser: It condenses the distilled gas
  • Temperature control knob: Used to heat the test solution that needs to be heated
  • Separating funnel piston: The control piston for the discharge of solution from the extractor
  • Triangle bottle: Grinding mouth triangular bottle, used to receive the solution released from the flask.
  • Aviation plug: Working power plug for extractor heating wire
