SH0193C Fully Automatic Rotating Oxygen Bomber (Metal Bath)

The SH0193C fully automatic rotary oxygen bomb tester is designed and manufactured according to Method B of the national standard ASTM D2272-2009 "Determination of Oxidation Stability of Lubricating Oil" metal bath standard, and also complies with SH/T0193-2023. Suitable for evaluating the oxidation stability of new and in use turbine oil with the same composition (base oil and additives). It can also be used to evaluate new mineral insulating oils containing 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol as a rapid method for assessing their oxidation stability. The test results are used to verify the performance of new mineral insulating oils containing 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol or 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol or both, and can be continuously controlled for each batch of oil.

Performance characteristics

● The metal measuring cell reduces the unpleasant odor emitted by the medium oil during testing and eliminates the potential dangers that may arise due to prolonged experimental time.

● It can automatically perform pressure detection, data recording, oxidation time calculation, and automatically end the test on the tested oil sample.

● Metal bath heating does not require the use of liquid media.

● Easy ventilation, no need to place it in a fume hood, exhaust gas and odors can be easily discharged through plastic pipes.
