SH6536 Fully Automatic distillation boiling range tester features a color LCD display screen, Chinese menu-based human-machine interface, and guided operation, with the entire measurement process fully automated. It employs an embedded computer, imported industrial control computer, large-screen LCD touch screen, and a user-friendly human-machine interface for convenient testing operations. Utilizing microcontroller and intelligent control technology, the distillation process—temperature rise and cooling, distillate liquid level tracking, distillation rate control, recovered liquid volume control, temperature recording, and test result printing—are all automatically completed.

The distillation range refers to the temperature range from the initial boiling point to the final boiling point, representing the evaporation characteristics of oil products under specified conditions.

Boiling range: The temperature at which the first drop of liquid begins to condense in the condenser during distillation is the initial distillation temperature; the temperature near the end of distillation is the final distillation temperature, and the interval between these two temperatures is the boiling range

Performance characteristics:

● Liquid Level Tracking: The system consists of a high-precision step-by-step American linear motor and imported photoelectric tracker

● Automatic Completion: The entire distillation process, including heating and cooling, distillate liquid level tracking, distillation rate control, recovery liquid volume control, temperature recording, and test result printing, is fully automated

● Real-time animation displays the experimental process, along with the recovery chamber temperature, volume, and real-time atmospheric pressure and condensation temperature

● The initial distillation temperature is detected by a fiber optic sensor

● Distillation electric furnace: The heating is automatically controlled to ensure the sample flows from the initial boiling point to 95% of its total volume, with the outflow rate adjustable within a set range per minute.

● Data determination: The initial distillation temperature and final distillation temperature can be provided, along with the temperature values at various percentage points and the initial flow velocity.

● Atmospheric pressure: Automatically detects the local atmospheric pressure and adjusts the temperature to standard atmospheric pressure

● Test conditions: The test can be stopped by selecting steam temperature or recovery volume

● Experimental Results: Store, query, and print test results, with data exportable via USB flash drive

● Cooling medium: Internal cooling circulation, coolant inspection and replenishment required every 3 years.

● Automatic detection of the measuring cylinder and deflector plate function.

● Fire extinguishing system: Equipped with a fire extinguishing device, manual nitrogen fire suppression can be activated in case of a fire to prevent safety incidents such as the explosion of a heated distillation flask (nitrogen cylinders must be provided by the customer)

● Overtemperature Protection: When the heating temperature exceeds the preset safety threshold, the instrument automatically halts the experiment and activates fan cooling.

● Automatic Detection: Automatically detect and display temperature and flow rate time at every 5% volume point

● Stop Modes: Multiple automatic stop modes are available, such as automatic stop at the final distillation point, stopping upon reaching a set temperature, or stopping upon reaching a specified volume
