The crude oil salt content analyzer extractor is suitable for determining the salt content (mass fraction) in crude oil, as well as heavy petroleum products such as residua and fuel oil, ranging from 0.0005% to 0.15%. It is also applicable for assessing the seawater contamination of used turbine oil and marine fuel oil. When the required precision does not exceed the scope specified by this method, it can be used for other products.

SH6532 crude oil salinity analyzer extractor is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the Chinese national standard GB/T 6532 "Determination of Salt Content in Crude Oil by Potentiometric Titration.".

Main structure of the instrument

● Extractor: Consists of a flask and a heating unit, with the flask having a capacity of 500ml; the heating unit is composed of an electric heating wire wrapped around the lower end.

● Columnar dropping funnel: Used for adding reagents such as hot toluene, anhydrous ethanol, and acetone, and for quantitative liquid separation.

● Condenser: Functions to condense the distilled gas.

● Temperature adjustment knob: Used to heat the test solution that requires heating.

● Separating funnel piston: The control piston for discharging the solution from the extractor.

● Triangular flask: A ground-joint triangular flask used for collecting solutions released from a round-bottom flask.

● Aviation plug: Extractor heating wire power supply plug
