Standard: GB/T 2539 ASTM D87 ISO 3841
SH2539B Fully Automatic Paraffin Melting Point Determinator is designed and manufactured in compliance with the national standard GB/T 2539-2023 "Determination of Melting Point of Petroleum Wax by Cooling Curve Method," ASTM D87, and ISO 3841. This dual-temperature water bath instrument is specifically designed according to the requirements of the national standard GB/T 2539-81, international standard ISO 3841, and American standard ASTM D87 "Test Method for Melting Point of Paraffin Wax (Cooling Curve Method)." It is suitable for determining the melting point of paraffin wax but not applicable for measuring microcrystalline wax and grease-like paraffin products
Instrument Features: Designed with an embedded system, equipped with imported PT100 temperature sensors for automatic detection throughout the testing process; features a color touchscreen; capable of storing test results; allows access to historical data; prints results directly on the instrument; test outcomes can be exported via USB to a computer for repeated comparative experiments.
Instrument Function:
● The paraffin melting point determinator adopts a compression refrigeration method, allowing the cold temperature to be set arbitrarily
● The paraffin melting point tester employs a compressor for cooling.
● The sensor employs Pt100, featuring high sensitivity, resolution, strong anti-interference capability, and high temperature control accuracy.
● This instrument features a compact compressor with a small size, light weight, stable operation, and no vibration, making it highly suitable for laboratory use.
