SH616 Chemical Reagent Boiling Point Determination Instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the Chinese National Standard GB/T 616. This instrument features a microcontroller-based digital precision voltage regulator for electric heating, which ensures fine voltage adjustment, stable heating, and consistent temperature rise due to its precision digital voltage regulation.

The instrument is also equipped with a 500ml three-neck round-bottom flask, glass test tubes, a measuring thermometer, and an auxiliary thermometer. It features simple operation, stable performance, rapid heating, and uniform temperature rise. Additionally, the instrument can be configured with a dedicated barometer for user convenience during experiments.

Boiling point: The method's principle is that as the temperature of a liquid increases, its vapor pressure also rises. When the vapor pressure of the liquid equals the atmospheric pressure, boiling begins. Under standard conditions (1013.25 hPa, 0°C), the temperature at which the liquid boils is defined as its boiling point.

The design of the test vessel clamp is reasonable, and the installation and disassembly of the round bottom flask are convenient.
