Organic chlorine analyzer Sulfur 0.1 ~ 10,000 mg Coulombic method RT ~ 1300°C ASTM D3246

SH409B organic chlorine analyzer uses microcoulometry analysis technology to oxidize the sample into titratable ions through a cracking furnace using an oxidation method. The titration is carried out in a titration cell, and the chlorine content in the sample is calculated based on Faraday's law and the amount of electricity consumed during the electrolytic titration process. Widely used for determining sulfur and chlorine concentrations in liquid, solid, or gaseous samples.

Performance Characteristics

● The instrument adopts air cooling for heat dissipation, the fan automatically switches on and off, and no one needs to be on duty to cool down when turned off!

● The instrument adopts an independent temperature control system. Adopting Yudian's fully automatic temperature controller, the failure rate is close to zero.

● Windows operating platform, human-machine direct dialogue.

● The computer controls the entire process of analysis, data processing, etc., displaying the working status and peak shape of the entire process. Parameters, data, and peak shapes can be saved or printed as needed.

● The instrument adopts internationally popular circuits and imported components, reducing instrument noise and improving detection sensitivity.

● Using oxidation method and Faraday's law, the content of chlorine is automatically tested to achieve rapid analysis of chlorine in petrochemical products.

● There are few test samples, only 10 μ l is needed each time, and the testing time is fast. The machine testing time for each sample is about 2 minutes.

The user must provide the following equipment:

1) One bottle each of general oxygen and general nitrogen (including pressure reducing valves)

2) Workbench (no less than 50*200cm)

3) 20A socket (not less than 3KW)

4) 2L of purified water, 500mL of glacial acetic acid (GR grade)

Chlorine is used to configure chlorine electrolytic cells and quartz tubes
