SH407X Fluorescent X-ray Sulfur Analyzer employs the energy-dispersive principle and features a microcomputerized design integrating mechanical and electronic components, ensuring rapid and accurate analysis. Its repeatability and reproducibility comply with the national standards GB/T 17040-2008 "Determination of Sulfur Content in Petroleum Products (Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry)" and GB/T 11140-1989 "Determination of Sulfur Content in Petroleum Products (X-ray Spectrometry)" as well as GB/T 17606 "Determination of Sulfur Content in Crude Oil by Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry." Additionally, it fully meets the requirements of the American national standard ASTM D4294-02.
The SH407 Fluorescent Sulfur Analyzer primarily measures the total sulfur mass percentage content in crude oil, petroleum, heavy oil, diesel, kerosene, gasoline, and naphtha. It can also determine the total sulfur or sulfur compound content in coal chemical products (e.g., primary benzene) and other liquid samples, as well as the total sulfur or SO3 content in powdered samples, complying with GB/T 17606.
Key Technical Features
● The fluorescence intensity ratio analysis method is employed, featuring broad variety detection, wide measurement range, fast analysis speed, and low consumption of standard samples.
● Featuring a mechatronic microcomputer design with LCD display, the operation interface supports human-machine dialogue. It includes automatic diagnostic functions to assess the instrument's working status and electrical parameters, along with automatic corrections for temperature and air pressure. The carbon-to-hydrogen ratio (C/H) can also be adjusted.
● Disposable Mylar film sample cups are used to prevent cross-contamination.
● Safe X-ray protection measures, rigorously tested, ensure no harm from X-ray radiation exposure to individuals or groups.
