SH0248CQ Automatic solidifying point pour point cold filter point tester

SH0248CQ fully automatic solidifying point pour point cold filter point analyzer is developed in accordance with national standards GB/T 510 "Method for Determination of Freezing Points of Petroleum Products," SH/T 0248, and GB/T 3535. Utilizing advanced technologies that integrate mechanical, optical, electronic, and computer systems, it automatically measures the freezing point, pour point, and cold filtration point of petroleum products. The instrument employs photoelectric detection technology, an automated glass tube tilting method, and an imported compressor-based refrigeration system to ensure adequate cooling performance.

Technical Parameters and Features:

● Storage Method: The experimental results can store up to 199 sets of historical data for easy retrieval;

● Result Output: It can also be equipped with a USB output function to save data to a PC for long-term storage

● Output Format: The results should be exported to a USB drive in CSV or Excel format.

● Standard Printing: Standard mini printer, automatic measurement, automatic thermal printing

● Data Memory: The microcomputer instrument's memory can be expanded up to 16G.

★ Remote Upgrade: Equipped with TCP network transmission functionality, enabling software remote upgrades in the future (optional)

★ Data Management: Connectable to LIS system (optional)

● If no personnel operate after the test, the chiller can be set to automatically shut down within 0-50 minutes to avoid frequent compressor startups and extend the instrument's service life

Turn on the power switch, and the instrument enters the following main interface:​

The main interface of the instrument is shown in Figure 1.

The four buttons above are main interface, parameter setting, system setting and historical data.

The main display area is the trend chart of the temperature of the sample changing with time, which can show the temperature value of the sample and metal bath. The right display area will show the specific value, and the lower part is the experimental results of the expected cold filter point and test tube.

The lower right corner is the start button and the close button.
