The SH0248C Fully Automatic Cold Filter Point and Pour Point Tester is based on the national standards GB/T 510 "Determination of Pour Point of Petroleum Products" and SH/T 0248. Utilizing advanced contemporary technology, it integrates mechanical, optical, electronic, and computer technologies to automatically perform tests for the pour point and cold filter point of petroleum products. The instrument employs photoelectric detection technology, an automatic glass tube tilting method, and an imported compressor-based cooling system to ensure the required cooling depth.

● Embedded system design, imported PT100 temperature sensors, automatic detection throughout the entire testing process;

● 7-inch TFT Touch Color LCD Display

● Storage Method: The experimental results can store up to 199 sets of historical data for easy retrieval;

● Result Output: Equipped with USB flash drive output functionality, enabling long-term storage on PC

● Output Format: The result USB output format should be CSV or Excel

● Standard printing: Standard mini printer, automatic measurement, automatic thermal printing

★ Remote Upgrade: Equipped with TCP network transmission capability, allowing for software remote upgrades in later stages (optional)

★ Data Management: Compatible with LIMS system (optional)

● After the test is completed, if no manual operation is required, the refrigeration unit can be set to automatically shut down within 0-50 minutes to prevent frequent compressor activation and extend the instrument's service life
