SH201 Flash evaporator Gasification sampler

The SH201 Flash Vaporizer Gas Inlet Device was developed in accordance with GB/T 3727-2003 "Determination of Trace Water in Industrial Ethylene and Propylene" and GB/T 6023-2008 "Determination of Trace Water in Industrial Butadiene by Karl Fischer Coulometry." It is designed for pre-treatment of liquid hydrocarbon samples, converting them into gaseous hydrocarbons with constant composition, temperature, pressure, and controllable flow rate to facilitate analysis. The instrument employs advanced international sensor technology and microcomputer control to automatically measure and regulate gas mass flow, free from temperature and pressure constraints, ensuring high accuracy and excellent repeatability.

The instrument features a high-definition color touch display, enabling convenient monitoring of instantaneous gas flow, cumulative flow, and metal bath temperature. When combined with a micro water analyzer, this sampler can ideally measure moisture content in various gases, making it particularly suitable for determining moisture levels in liquid hydrocarbons.

Scope of application:

● Analysis of trace water in various isomers of ethylene, propylene, and butene, used in conjunction with coulometric or dew point moisture analyzers

● Analysis of trace oxygen in various industrial olefins, used in conjunction with a trace oxygen analyzer.

● Analysis of trace amounts of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in various industrial olefins, used in conjunction with gas chromatography

● Liquid hydrocarbon composition analysis, used in conjunction with gas chromatography

● Analysis of trace amounts of sulfur, arsenic, and other substances in liquid hydrocarbons

● Trace water analysis in various refrigerants and SF6
