SH113C Fully Automatic Pour Point Determinator complies with the national standard GB/T 3535 and adopts ASTM D97. It features a main control unit composed of multiple microcontrollers, enabling automatic cooling, constant temperature control, automatic detection, and automatic result printing. Equipped with a two-stage refrigeration system, it achieves a cooling range of +30°C to -70°C. The use of imported compressors ensures long-term stable and reliable operation with minimal damage. The device employs a dry well-type refrigeration bath tank, offering low hysteresis, rapid cooling, and no need for additional cooling media, making it user-friendly and easy to maintain. It utilizes high-performance infrared detection technology, providing high sensitivity and strong reliability.

The pour point refers to the lowest temperature at which a cooled oil sample can flow under specified test conditions, expressed in degrees Celsius.

● After the upgrade, historical data can be stored for easy retrieval; it also supports USB output functionality.

● After the test is completed, if no personnel are operating, the refrigeration unit can be set to automatically shut down within 0-50 minutes to avoid frequent compressor activation and extend the instrument's service life
