ST204S Automatic motion viscometer

The ST204S automatic kinematic viscometer is designed and manufactured in accordance with General Rule 0633 of the 2020 Chinese Pharmacopoeia. This method uses the relative method to measure the time required for a certain volume of liquid to flow through a capillary under the action of gravity, in order to obtain the kinematic viscosity of the fluid.

Four viscosity sensors can be placed simultaneously for experiments, displayed in Chinese on a large color LCD screen without labeled buttons. Temperature measurement is carried out using a precision platinum resistance PT100, and can be set at any temperature between 15-200 ℃. It can store the constant of the capillary tube when powered off. Automatically calculate viscosity value, this product also complies with ASTM D445

Kinematic viscosity: Determine the gravity flow under a certain volume model at a constant temperature, and use a calibrated glass capillary viscometer to measure the viscosity of the liquid. The constant of the capillary viscometer flows over time, and the kinematic temperature of the product is used to measure the viscosity of the liquid

Instrument features:

● The constant temperature bath is a circular glass cylinder with uniform temperature distribution inside and good temperature control effect

● This instrument uses a precision digital temperature controller to control the temperature inside the bathtub, and the actuator adopts a solid-state relay (SSR), which has the characteristics of accurate temperature control accuracy, no contacts, no noise, no sparks, fast action, and long service life.

● The capillary gauge card adopts a three-point vertical type, which is flexible and convenient to operate, and the clamping is reliable.

● The viscosity tube can be selected as either a Pinter viscosity tube or an Ubbelohde viscosity tube according to the needs.

● Equipped with USB input function, it can output data to the PC for long-term storage.

● Storage method: The experimental results can store 199 sets of historical data for easy retrieval;

● Output format: The output format of the result USB drive is CSV or Excel

Technical Specifications:

Customers are required to provide their own consumables: water or glycerin. Strictly according to national standards, the viscosity tube needs to be cleaned with the following reagents before the experiment: solvent oil or CnH2n+2(n=5~8)‌ .
