SH302C Portable oil particle pollution meter
The SH302C portable oil particle contamination meter adopts the counting principle of the light blocking method specified by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee, and is specifically used as a rapid detection device for on-site oil contamination levels. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, fast detection speed, high accuracy, and good repeatability, and can work under harsh conditions such as high temperature and high pressure. Built in micro water sensor and temperature sensor, which can detect both water content and oil temperature while detecting pollution level. Suitable for transformer oil (i.e. insulation oil), hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, synthetic oil and other fluids, it can be widely used in aerospace, petrochemicals, transportation ports, steel metallurgy, automobile manufacturing and other fields.
Main features
● Adopting the principle of photoresist (shading) method, high-precision laser sensors are used, with small size, high accuracy, and stable performance
● Suitable for laboratory or on-site testing, and can also be equipped with a pressure reducing device for online high-pressure measurement, real-time monitoring of particle contamination in the oil system
● It can be connected to an external pressure chamber to form positive/negative pressure, enabling the detection and degassing of high viscosity samples
