SH302B Fully Automatic Oil Particle Counter

The SH302B fully automatic oil particle counter is used to detect the size and quantity of solid particles in liquids, and can be widely applied in fields such as aerospace, power, petroleum, chemical, transportation, ports, metallurgy, machinery, and automobile manufacturing. It is used to detect solid particle pollution in hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, shale oil, transformer oil (insulation oil), turbine oil (turbine oil), gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene, water-based hydraulic oil, and to detect insoluble particles in organic liquids and polymer solutions.

The fully automatic oil particle counter uses the "photoresistive method" to measure particles, and adopts the classic methods NAS1638 and ISO4406 in the oil industry. It can also be equipped with multiple standards according to user requirements. Precision syringe type sampling system achieves constant sampling speed and precise control of sampling volume. Positive/negative pressure sampling chamber device, realizing sample degassing and high viscosity sample detection. Large screen color LCD touch screen, graphical menu display, touch operation, simple and convenient.
