SH113CL Fully Automatic Tilt Point Tester Dual Hole
The SH113CL fully automatic pour point analyzer is designed and manufactured based on the GB/T3535 petroleum product pour point measurement method. It adopts modern advanced technology and integrates mechanical, optical, electronic, and computer technologies to automatically complete the testing of petroleum product pour point. This instrument uses photoelectric detection technology, glass test tube automatic tilt method, and imported compressor refrigeration system to ensure the required refrigeration depth.
The instrument consists of a low-temperature cold source (cascade compressor refrigeration technology), an optical detection system, an MPU control system, and specialized software programs. The low-temperature cooling source adopts a micro stacked compressor for refrigeration, and the fan is used for heat dissipation (without the need for cooling water). Two relatively independent test bath holes are used to ensure that two comparative experiments are conducted simultaneously without affecting each other. Using optical detection technology, the endpoint of the experiment can be accurately captured with parameter correction function that can be set according to accuracy requirements. The instrument adopts standardized testing procedures, without human intervention, and can be fully automated for testing, with well printed experimental results.
