SH017 Fully automatic silicone cone penetration tester

The SH017 automatic silicone cone penetration tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements specified in the Chinese chemical industry standard HG/T2502-1993 "5201 Silicone Resin" GJB3382-1998 "Thermal Conductive Silicone Resin Specification" and the industry standard MZ_T 154-2020 for fake breasts. It is a specialized instrument for testing the cone penetration of silicone grease.

Suitable for silicone grease made by thickening dimethyl silicone oil with silicon dioxide by gas-phase method. It is also suitable for detecting various thermal conductive pastes, heat dissipation pastes, thermal conductive silicone, heat dissipation silicone, thermal conductive silicone grease, heat dissipation silicone grease, thermal conductive mud, potting glue, insulation paste, etc., as well as cone penetration suitable for artificial breasts mainly made of silicone.

According to the standard requirements, the S-shaped cone penetration value should be 270-330; The F-type cone penetration value should be 320-380; The N-type cone penetration value should be 90-120. Cone penetration refers to the use of free fall motion to release a certain mass of cone from a cone penetration meter downwards at 25 ℃, and measure the depth of penetration into the test sample within 5 seconds after the cone is released.

The automatic silicone cone penetrometer is based on a microprocessor and integrates mechanical, optoelectronic, and micro detection technologies. The lifting arm automatically lifts and lowers, the touch screen fine tunes the distance, automatically determines the results, and automatically prints.
