Installation of instruments
The guide rod of this instrument bracket is divided into four adjustable sliding sleeves, starting from the top, which are the movable sliding sleeve of the mixing device, the fixed sleeve at the 60 degree taper of the glass funnel, the movable sliding sleeve at the 10mm discharge port, and the movable sliding sleeve of the ruler
Release and remove the movable sliding sleeve of the mixing device, fix the glass funnel through the 60 degree taper and the lower discharge port through the 10mm fixed sleeve of the discharge port, and visually adjust it to be perpendicular to the base.
Place a container with an inner diameter of 100mm and a height of 25mm at the center point with reference to the bottom plate scale
Adjust the height value between the discharge port under the glass funnel and the bottom plate by 100mm.
Adjust the appropriate height visually above the fixed mixing device and glass funnel, and fix it.
Complete the test according to the standard requirements
