ST302 medication Optical Rotation Tester is designed and manufactured according to the new version of the 2025 Chinese Pharmacopoeia 0621 optical rotation measurement method. It is mainly a specialized instrument for measuring the optical rotation of medication. Unless otherwise specified, the 2025 Chinese Pharmacopoeia 0621 rotary photometry method uses the D-line (589.3nm) of sodium spectrum to measure energy and luminosity. The length of the measuring tube is 1dm (if other tube lengths are used, they should be converted), and the measurement temperature is 20℃.

Features:

● The light source uses light-emitting diodes with a lifespan exceeding 20,000 hours, replacing the previously used sodium lamps with lower durability and frequent replacement issues. This significantly eliminates the inconvenience caused by frequent sodium lamp replacements for users.

● Utilizing photoelectric detection and microcomputer control technology, the large-screen backlight LCD display ensures clear and intuitive data visualization.

● It can measure optical rotation, specific rotation, concentration, and sugar content

● Automatic re-measurement (1 to 6 times optional), with automatic calculation of average and root mean square.

● Utilizing traditional craftsmanship with copper-made worm gears and worm wheels, the counting disk ensures no character omission during prolonged use.
