ST107A Constant Temperature Holding Adhesive Tester is designed and manufactured in strict compliance with YY/T 0148-2006 "General Requirements for Medical Tape" and GB/T 4851-2014 "Test Methods for Holding Adhesive of Adhesive Tape," making it suitable for conducting holding adhesive tests on products such as medical tapes.

Working principle: The test board with attached samples is vertically suspended on the test frame, with a specified weight of weights hanging at the lower end. The displacement of the sample when it adheres or detaches after being suspended at a certain temperature for a period of time, or the time required for the sample to completely detach, is used to characterize the resistance of the adhesive tape to peeling. This method is suitable for conducting peel resistance tests on products such as pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes.

Instrument Structure: Mainly consists of the timing mechanism, test plate, loading plate, weights, frame, and standard pressure roller.
