ASTM D4049 Water Spray off Tester for Measuring Resistance of Lubricating Grease to Water Spray

The operating principle of the SY0643 water spray resistance tester is as follows: Apply grease on a stainless steel plate and subject it to water spray at specified test temperature and pressure. After 5 minutes, measure the percentage weight loss of the grease due to spraying, which serves as an indicator of its water spray resistance. A magnetic pump circulates the cooling medium, and the circulation pipe is equipped with an insulation sleeve. The acrylic spray box facilitates observation, while a precision pressure gauge displays the spraying pressure.
