SY0337 Grease Evaporation Degree Determination Instrument

SY0337 Grease Evaporation Degree Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the SH/T0337 standard, suitable for measuring the evaporation degree of grease. A dish filled with 1mm-thick grease is placed in a specialized constant-temperature bath and maintained at a specified temperature for 1 hour (or the time specified by the grease product standard), after which the lost mass is measured.

The temperature measurement and control of the instrument are both achieved using a digital PID temperature controller, featuring automatic temperature regulation with high accuracy, intuitive digital display, and the ability to adjust at any point within the effective heating temperature range.
