SRH Lubricating grease anti-wear tester

SRH lubricating oil anti-wear testing machine is specially customized for lubricating oil and its additives enterprises. It is based on the testing principle of the American ring block testing machine (Timken testing machine) and simplifies the design of the main functions, striving for simple operation, reliable performance, and quick and intuitive reflection of the anti-wear and friction reduction performance of lubricating oil. This lubricating oil anti-wear testing machine adopts an integrated design to effectively reduce vibration and noise during operation. Its main working components consist of a friction ring that rotates with the spindle and a fixed friction column pressed on the friction ring. During the test, sliding friction occurs between the friction ring and the friction column under different pressure conditions.

SRH lubricating oil anti-wear testing machine applies pressure to the friction pair through a force system composed of weights and levers, generating extremely high contact pressure. During the rotation of the friction ring, it accelerates the wear of the friction column (experimental steel ball) to observe and evaluate the load-bearing capacity of the lubricant. Under these specific lubrication conditions, a 1-minute simulated test is equivalent to the wear of a typical mechanical component over one year of normal operation. The lubricant exhibits minimal wear under the same load, with either no reduction or only a slight decrease in spindle speed. Due to its ability to quickly and concisely reflect the anti-wear and friction-reducing performance of lubricants, this testing machine is frequently used in the production, research, and promotion of lubricants or anti-wear agents with superior anti-wear properties.

Before using this lubricant wear resistance tester, ensure the domestic mains voltage is AC 220 volts, preferably within ±5%. The electrical system must be properly grounded, and operators should possess basic knowledge of machinery and electrical safety.
