SK203 Fully Automatic Distillation Range Determinator features a color LCD display screen, Chinese menu-based human-machine interface, guided operation, and fully automated measurement process. It complies with the national standard GB/T 6536 "Distillation Method for Petroleum Products" and ASTM D86
The system employs an embedded computer with a large-screen LCD touch panel, featuring a user-friendly human-machine interface for convenient test operation. Utilizing microcontroller and intelligent control technology, it automatically performs heating and cooling during distillation, distillate liquid level tracking, distillation rate control, recovered liquid volume regulation, temperature recording, and test result printing throughout the entire distillation process.
Features
● The instrument is automatically controlled and monitored by an industrial computer throughout the testing process, utilizing an embedded computer with full-touch LCD display for testing
● Large LCD touchscreen with a user-friendly interface, making operation convenient for testing.
● Utilizing microcontroller and intelligent control technology, it displays temperature and volume data along with relevant curves throughout the entire process.
● The temperature of the cold tube and the temperature of the measuring cylinder room are both cooled by mechanical refrigeration using a compressor. The cooling medium circulates internally. The coolant only needs to be inspected and replenished every three years.
● The entire distillation process, including heating and cooling, distillate level tracking, distillation rate control, recovered liquid volume control, temperature recording, and test result printing, is fully automated.
● The distillation electric furnace is heated with automatic control, ensuring the sample's flow rate from the initial boiling point to 95% remains within 4-5 ml per minute.
● Initial and final distillation temperatures can be provided, along with temperature and flow rate values at each percentage point.
● Automatically detects local atmospheric pressure and corrects the temperature to standard atmospheric pressure.
● The test can be stopped by selecting either steam temperature or recovery volume.
● The instrument can store, query, and print test results.

● The equipment has the function of automatically detecting local atmospheric pressure and automatically correcting to the temperature at standard atmospheric pressure
● Equipped with a fire extinguishing system, manual nitrogen extinguishing can be used in case of a fire to prevent safety accidents caused by the rupture of the heating distillation flask (nitrogen cylinders need to be provided by the customer)
● Equipped with a safety temperature setting function, the room temperature can be freely set between 400℃. If the heating temperature exceeds the set safety temperature, the instrument can automatically stop the experiment and immediately blow air to dissipate heat.
