SK109 Fully Automatic Rotating Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter Metal Bath

SK109 Fully Automatic Rotating Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter is designed and manufactured in accordance with Method B of the National Standard ASTM D2272-2009 "Test Method for Oxidation Stability of Lubricating Oils" (Metal Bath Standard), while also complying with SH/T 0193-2023. It is suitable for evaluating the oxidation stability of new and in-service turbine oils with identical compositions (base oil and additives). It can also be used to assess new mineral insulating oils containing 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol as a rapid method for determining their oxidation stability. The test results are employed to verify the performance of new mineral insulating oils containing 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol, or both, enabling continuous quality control for each batch of oil.
Performance Characteristics
● Used for new oil, in-service oil, steam turbine oil, lubricating oil, insulating oil, and automotive gasoline engine oil, etc.
● The metal measurement tank reduces the unpleasant odor emitted by the medium oil during testing and eliminates potential hazards that may arise from prolonged experimental periods.
● It can automatically perform pressure testing, data recording, oxidation time calculation, and terminate the test automatically for the oil sample being tested.
● The metal bath is heated without the need for liquid medium.
● Ventilation is simple, requiring no placement in a fume hood. Exhaust gases and odors can be easily discharged through plastic pipes.
● Up to 2 sets of tests can be controlled simultaneously
● Sample temperature sensor assembly: Measures the temperature of the sample during the testing process
● Instrument Display: 7-inch color touchscreen, aesthetically pleasing interface, simple operation
● High automation level: automatic temperature control, automatic oxygen supply, automatic leak detection, automatic recording of test data with real-time curve display, automatic determination of test inflection points, and automatic heating shutdown upon test completion.
