SH26984 Automatic Crude Oil Distillation Apparatus
Standard: ISO 3405, ASTM D2892, GB/T 26984
SH26984 Automatic Crude Oil Distillation Apparatus features a color LCD display screen, Chinese menu-based human-machine interface, guided operation, and fully automated measurement process. It is strictly designed and manufactured in compliance with the GB/T 26984-2011 standard.
The system employs an embedded computer, imported industrial control machine, large-screen LCD touch panel, and a user-friendly human-machine interface for convenient operation. Utilizing microcontroller and intelligent control technology, the entire distillation process—including heating and cooling, distillate level tracking, distillation rate control, recovery liquid volume regulation, temperature recording, and test result printing—is fully automated.
Performance Characteristics:
● Automatic detection of the measuring cylinder and flow guide plate function.
The results show: it can display the volume corresponding to temperatures such as 100℃, 120℃, 150℃, 160℃, 180℃, 200℃, 220℃, 240℃, 260℃, 280℃, and 300℃.
● Liquid Level Tracking: The system consists of a high-precision American linear motor and an imported photoelectric tracker
● Automatic completion: The heating and cooling process of the distillation test, liquid level tracking of the distillate, distillation rate control, recovered liquid volume control, temperature recording, and test result printing are all automatically completed
● Real-time animation displays the experimental process, along with real-time data such as the recovery chamber temperature, chamber volume, atmospheric pressure, and condensation temperature
● Distillation furnace: The heating is automatically controlled to regulate the flow rate of the sample from the initial boiling point to 95%, ensuring the outflow speed remains within the set range per minute.
● Data Determination: Initial and final boiling point temperatures can be provided, along with temperature values and flow initial velocity at each percentage point.
● Atmospheric pressure: Automatically detects local atmospheric pressure and adjusts the temperature to standard atmospheric pressure
● Test conditions: The test can be stopped based on steam temperature or recovered volume
● Experimental Results: Storage, query, and printing of test results; data can be exported via USB
● Cooling medium: Internal cooling circulation, check and replenish the coolant every 3 years.
● Fire extinguishing system: Equipped with a fire extinguishing device, which allows manual nitrogen fire suppression in case of a fire to prevent safety accidents caused by the explosion of heated distillation flasks (nitrogen cylinders must be provided by the customer)
● Over-temperature protection: If the heating temperature exceeds the set safety threshold, the instrument automatically halts the experiment and initiates automatic cooling via fan ventilation.
● Automatic Detection: Automatically detect and display temperature and flow rate at every 5% volume point
● Stopping Method: Multiple automatic stopping options are available, such as automatic stopping at the final distillation point, stopping upon reaching a set temperature, or stopping when a specified volume is achieved
★ Remote Upgrade: Equipped with TCP network transmission capability, allowing for remote software upgrades in later stages (optional)
★ Data Sharing: Accessible to the Group Company's LIMIS System (Optional)
