SH14112 Biodiesel Automatic Oxidation Stability Tester

SH14112 Biodiesel Automatic Oxidation Stability Tester can determine the oxidation stability of biodiesel (fatty acid methyl esters, or FAME for short) and biodiesel blended fuels.
On the biodiesel oxidation stability tester, the aging of the sample is accelerated by increasing the temperature and continuously blowing air, so as to determine the time when the oxidation rate is the fastest, i.e., the induction time or oxidation stability index (OSI).
It complies with the following standards: EN 14112, EN 15751, and EN 16568; as well as NB/SH/T 0825-2010 Determination of Oxidation Stability of Fatty Acid Methyl Esters - Accelerated Oxidation Method.
Instrument Features
● The experiment can be conducted via a standalone touchscreen interface or controlled by a computer to operate the instrument.
● Heating module: Supports single-group or multi-group heating; the temperature for each heating port can be set individually
● Equipped with dedicated calculation software, it can automatically determine the oxidation stability time.
● Instrument Display: The instrument features a color screen capable of displaying the temperature of each heating module, gas flow rate, measurement cell status, and conductivity values for each measurement position
● Storage method: The experimental results can store 199 sets of historical data for easy retrieval;
● Result Output: It can also be equipped with a USB output function, allowing data to be transferred to a PC for long-term storage
● Output Format: The result USB output format is CSV or Excel

Heating module
● Protection function: Features an overtemperature protection function, automatically stopping when the temperature exceeds 260°C.
● Temperature control method: Four temperature groups can be individually adjusted, with the option to set all four groups to the same temperature or assign different temperatures to each group.

Electrical Conductivity Measurement System
● The conductivity meter provides real-time measurement data, which is automatically recorded and stored by a large-screen LCD industrial control computer. It supports multi-channel data input and processing, and displays the conductivity of the oil oxidation process and induction period in real time
Software computation module
● Equipped with a powerful database data management system: capable of automatically calculating oxidation stability time.
● Automatically calculate the maximum value of the second derivative of the curve to determine the induction time
● Automatically deduce the induction time of the sample at room temperature (20°C or 25°C)
