SH706BS Fully Automatic Self-Ignition Point Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the SH/T 0642-1997 standard "Method for Determination of Self-Ignition Point of Liquid Petroleum and Petrochemical Products," and also complies with GB/T 21860-2008 "Test Method for Self-Ignition Temperature of Liquid Chemicals." Equipped with advanced microcomputer technology and a color display with a touch screen, the instrument employs sophisticated temperature control methods to automatically determine the self-ignition point of oil products. It features automatic constant-temperature timing upon reaching the preset self-ignition point, automatic sample loading, automatic detection of the self-ignition point, and automatic printing of results

● Automatic air exchange device ensures sufficient oxygen in the furnace, facilitating the collection of spontaneous combustion points

● The automatic sample injection device automatically drips 100μL of sample into the flask when the temperature reaches the required level

● Sample Injection Volume: The standard-specified volume can be input via the touch screen or set manually,

● Display mode: LCD color large screen display with touchscreen operation.

● Result Output: It can also be equipped with a USB flash drive output function to save data to a PC for long-term storage

● Output Format: The result USB output format is CSV or Excel.

● Standard printing: Standard mini printer, automatic measurement, automatic thermal printing
