ST-F13B powder and particle angle of repose tester is designed and produced in accordance with the provisions of the national standard GB/T11986-89 for determination of angle of repose of surfactant powder and particle. This standard is designed and produced with reference to the provisions of ISO 4324:1977 on the determination of repose angle of surfactant powders and particles

Scope of application

It is applicable to the detection of angle of repose of non agglomerated powdered or granular surfactants and washing powders, as well as the measurement of other powders and particles with similar properties.

GB/T11986-98 surface active agents -- Determination of angle of repose of powders and particles.

Technical parameters of tester:

● Lighting: Meets the light conditions required for microscope operation. The laboratory is under natural conditions of airflow and vibration

● Place it in a stable fume hood without turning on the fan. There is no dust, corrosion, or volatile substances in the same laboratory.

● Installation, commissioning and use of instruments

● Confirm that the test bench for placing the instrument is in a horizontal state, and install the instrument according to the assembly drawing and technical specification in GB/T 11986-98 determination of angle of repose of surfactant powders and particles.

Installation of instruments

● The guide rod of the instrument support is divided into four adjustable sliding sleeves. From the top, they are the movable sliding sleeve of the mixing device, the fixed sleeve at the 60 degree taper of the glass funnel, the movable sliding sleeve at the discharge port of 10mm, and the movable sliding sleeve of the ruler

● Loosen and remove the movable sliding sleeve of the mixing device, pass the glass funnel through the fixed sleeve at the 60 degree taper and the lower discharge port through the fixed sleeve at the discharge port 10mm, and visually adjust it to make it perpendicular to the base.

● Place the container with inner diameter of 00mm and height of 25mm at the center point according to the scale of the bottom plate

● Adjust the height of 100mm between the discharge port under the glass funnel and the bottom plate.

● Visually adjust the appropriate height above the fixed mixing device and glass funnel and fix it.

● Complete the test according to the standard requirements
