The ST-06 crude fat analyzer utilizes the Soxhlet extraction principle and employs a gravimetric method to determine fat content. Specifically, fat is dissolved in an organic solvent, separated from the solvent through extraction, then dried, weighed, and the fat content is calculated. With its reasonable design, stable performance, high accuracy, labor-saving operation, and time-saving features, the measurement results comply with national standards (GB6433-2025). Its various indicators and performance meet the requirements of similar imported products, making it an ideal equipment for determining fat in the food, oil, and feed industries. The ST-06 crude fat analyzer primarily consists of three major components: heating extraction, solvent recovery, and cooling. During operation, the heating temperature can be adjusted according to different boiling points of reagents and ambient temperatures. The sample undergoes repeated soaking and extraction during the extraction process, achieving rapid determination.
