ST149B Automatic oxidation stability meter
According to ST149B automatic oxidation stability apparatus according to the food in the room temperature in a closed condition, oxygen under the environment of no overpressure in a short time to maintain a relatively stable, when the temperature increases pressure, the food itself on the oxidation of oil will be weakened.After the sample is placed in the test tank and sealed, oxygen is pumped into the test chamber and the sample is heated. Oxygen consumption is indicated by a decrease in pressure .Measurements continue until a tipping point is reached - a defined pressure drop. This result is called the induction period (IP), which is the time between the beginning of the test and the turning point, and it indicates the oxidation stability of the sample under test.
This product adopts the recommended method of AOC Cd12c-16: oxygen pressure change method. The instrument automatically records the oxygen pressure change during the food oxidation process, and through this method, the stability of food oil oxidation can be determined. Suitable for food containing oil, solid or liquid, including vegetables and animal tissues, can directly detect food without the need for oil separation treatment.
