SH416 Fully automatic boundary pumping temperature apparent viscosity meter
The SH416 fully automatic boundary pumping apparent viscosity meter is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the Chinese national standard "GB/T 9171-1988 Determination of Engine Oil Boundary Pumping Temperature" and SH/T0562, and also meets the petrochemical industry standard ASTM D3829 D4684; The instrument is used to determine the boundary pumping temperature, (low temperature) yield stress, and apparent viscosity of motor vehicle engine oil. The temperature control range of the test is wide, from -5 ℃ to -40 ℃. The entire experimental process is automatically controlled by a computer.
The sample is cooled at a non-linear program rate within 10 hours at an experimental temperature of 80 ℃ for 16 hours. Then, torque is applied to the rotating viscometer, and the rotational speed is observed and measured. The yield stress and apparent viscosity at this temperature are calculated, and the boundary pumping temperature of the sample is determined by three or more parameters.

● The instrument viscometer cell includes a 9-hole viscometer with a numbered number in a temperature controlled aluminum block, a heater, a temperature sensor, and a photoelectric encoder. The viscosity pool temperature is automatically controlled by the programmable controller according to the user's selected curve, and the entire system performance is stable. The curve section with a temperature control requirement of ± 0.2 ℃ is better than ± 0.1 ℃, and the data is automatically printed at the end of the experiment.
