Working principle:
The traditional moisture measurement method is usually oven drying method. The test of a sample needs two or three or even three or four hours, and the moisture value (moisture content) of the sample can be obtained by weighing and manual calculation through a balance.
The low efficiency of drying oven moisture measurement can not adapt to the high pace of enterprise production needs.
ST series rapid moisture meter is the latest high-efficiency moisture meter developed by me. It adopts high-efficiency drying heater -- high-quality ring halogen lamp to heat the sample rapidly and uniformly, and the moisture of the sample is continuously dried.
During the whole measurement process, the instrument fully automatic real-time display of measurement results: sample weight, water content, solid content, measurement time, heating temperature, etc.
ST series halogen rapid moisture meter applies the principle of international oven drying method, and the results are in good agreement with that of oven drying method, but its efficiency is much higher than that of oven drying method.
